TOEFL Prep Courses in Wellington

Manhattan Review offers the most proven services for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) available in Wellington. We are an international test prep company that has been effectively teaching students around the world how to improve their academic English and pass the TOEFL since 1999. Thousands of our clients in Wellington and other cities have received the TOEFL scores required by undergraduate or graduate degree programs at universities in English-speaking countries, including many of the most selective institutions in the world. Wellington residents can comprehensively study for the TOEFL with flexible options such as on-site TOEFL prep courses, private TOEFL tutoring, online TOEFL classes, and TOEFL practice tests. Our students learn how to develop the discreet TOEFL skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening, and they also learn how to master TOEFL exercises that combine one or more of these areas. You'll learn TOEFL prep from Wellington's most experienced and dedicated TOEFL educators, all of whom look forward to playing an important role in your success.

The first step in the TOEFL preparation process is establishing sectional and total target scores. TOEFL requirements can be affected by a number of factors, such as school selectivity, degree level, type of admission sought, and academic discipline. TOEFL requirements can also exist at several administrative levels within a university (schools, departments, and specific degree programs may each have different expectations). Graduate students usually face a more complex situation with respect to TOEFL standards. A PhD program, for example, may be associated with higher scores than a master's degree, or a teaching assistantship may require stronger language skills than standard admission. All international students are advised to review the TOEFL policies of the universities, schools, and departments they are considering, and to ask questions of admissions officers if anything is unclear. The consequences of low TOEFL scores can be both costly and inconvenient, and many programs will simply reject applicants unable to meet their language standards.

Manhattan Review's TOEFL prep courses and TOEFL private tutoring have helped students from numerous countries and native languages pass the TOEFL and matriculate into their undergraduate or graduate degree offerings. Our past TOEFL students have been accepted to Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Cornell, Stanford, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Johns Hopkins, Oxford, Cambridge, the University of Edinburgh, King's College London, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of California-Berkeley, the University of Virginia, the University of Michigan, and many more of the English-speaking world's top postsecondary institutions. A large number of our former TOEFL clients have finished their degrees and established themselves as professionals in English-speaking countries. Some have accepted jobs at Fortune 500 companies, such as Lockheed Martin, Prudential Financial, New York Life Insurance, Microsoft, and Enterprise Products Partners.
